Welcome to Make Space Yoga, providing authentic and accessible yoga to the Sydney Sutherland Shire. Yoga classes on offer are suitable for the absolute beginner through to more advanced practitioners, as well as tailored courses in pregnancy yoga.

We specialise in teaching absolute beginners and as such offer tailored courses and small class sizes so that you receive the attention you need to practice safely. 

In addition we offer courses in pregnancy yoga, for women in their second and third trimesters who are looking to relax and unwind.  These classes start with gentle stretches and finish with restorative yoga supporting the body using bolsters and blankets.
