There are four teachers at Kyoyoga with varying qualifications & specialties. Our timetable includes classes for children, teenagers, older people, those with injuries as well as regular classes.

Classes are Hatha, Vinyasa,  Restorative (gentle yoga and breath) Yin and Breath and meditation. The studio overlooks the ocean. The ocean air increases the pranic (vital energy) absorbed into the body through the breath. This in turn increases the purifying/cleansing benefits of the practice.

Class numbers are small, allowing for a more intimate/personal experience.
Classes are run in course blocks during the term.
