We are pleased to offer Hatha Yoga class at Casa de Flamenco. We offer two general yoga classes and one pregnancy class per week. All levels welcome to each class.

These classes are a relaxing and energising way to finish your day. Each session includes a variety of Yoga postures including exercises to build core strength and flexibility. We also practice simple breathing and relaxation techniques.

All are welcome to these classes whether you are new to Yoga or an experienced Yogi.

Classes are lead by Kristy Manuel IYTA (Dip). Kristy is a qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher and brings to her classes unique experience as a Yoga teacher and dancer. She has taught Yoga, dance and group fitness classes for over 12 years and takes delight in sharing her knowledge of Yoga with others and helping them to reach personal goals. General Yoga - Wednesday 7:15-8:15pm
General Yoga - Friday 5:45-6:45pm
