Inner Serenity: Centre for Yoga and Wellbeing provides a holistic and practical approach towards general wellbeing through the practices of yoga, meditation, relaxation and stress management.

Yoga classes are available for all ages, including gentle yoga and relaxation, general adult classes, seniors, children, special needs yoga,  stress management for teenagers and VCE students.

Inner Serenity also provides a range of strategies and individual counseling to assist with stress and pain management. Special group and individual yoga classes are held for Fibromyalgia/ Chronic Fatigue and related  health disorders.

Yoga assists in bringing balance and harmony to the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects of one’s being. By living a simple and balanced lifestyle one can achieve inner serenity and peace.
