Evolve Yoga provides a nurturing space where all levels of yoga experience and motivation for practice are catered for in a relaxed and friendly environment. Evolve Yoga conducts yoga classes in the Hatha Vinyasa tradition, incorporating asana (poses), pranayama (breathing practices), and dhyana (meditation) in a pure and simple manner.
 
Sharon Spencer is the founding teacher of the school. Sharon has an Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching from the Australian Yoga Academy. Sharon came to Yoga from 15 years extensive training and experiential background in teaching dance and calisthenics. As a natural progression from dance, Sharon turned to Yoga to help keep her sane raising three young children, finding her self and her life experience completely transformed.

Sharon's classes take a holistic approach to yoga, nourishing body, mind and spirit, sowing the seeds for personal growth, guiding you to your true potential!
