The best thing about our school is the quality of our teaching. All teachers are Iyengar certified, have a thorough knowledge of yoga, and have been practising for a minimum of 10 years.

We teach on-going beginners (level 1) to experienced (level 3) classes. Most of our classes can be attended on a casual basis. Please view our current timetable at http://www.centralyoga.com.au/timetables.html

We also run an Introductory Course on the first weekend of each month from 12 - 2pm (Saturday & Sunday). If you are new to yoga this is an excellent way to begin - the class numbers are usually small (no more than 8 - 10 students) and provides an excellent foundation to the principles of Iyengar yoga in a practical way.
