Barefoot Birth, like the name implies, is steeped in traditional birth practises and Folk medicine. Pranayama (breath work), yoga (body work), herbs, homeopathics and old wives tales. Peeling birth back to its original expression of the joyous transformation of a maiden to a mother and the birth of a family.

Casual prenatal yoga classes are held in the Avalon Recreation Centre and Avalon YOGA School.

Holistic Childbirth Preparation Courses are held at A Fine Balance in Mona Vale

Cranio Sacral Therapies and one on one Childbirth support clinic is at Avalon Yoga School.

Doula services are available. Booking well in advance recommended.
