Art of Yoga is a school of Hatha Yoga. Hatha yoga is comprised of asana (physical postures) and pranayama (the yoga of breathing).

The purpose of the classes at Art of Yoga is to present the subject and practice of hatha yoga as clearly and as supportively as possible. Students are guided towards open hearted self enquiry and a balanced approach to working with mind and body.

The School structure supports regular attendance, progressive learning, and an opportunity to learn how to practice through our Practice Programs system. The atmosphere created by regular attendance over a period of time becomes dynamic and supportive for all students.
