Though still moulded in traditional alignment, Hot Tropical Yoga encourages fun, flair and freedom of flow.

Hot Tropical Yoga’s teaching is not based on one direct dialogue but instead comes from working with each individual student and class to provide a unique classroom experience filled with expertise, encouragement and enthusiasm.
