Commenced yoga journey in 1980 with focus on meditation, the journey has expanded over the years under the guidance my teachers including Swami Shankarananda at The Shiva School of Meditation and Yoga, Mount Eliza; Gurudev Swami Nityananda at the Shanti Mandir Ashram in Magod, India and my teachers in Hatha Yoga, Swami Prema Ananda, Penelope Foord, and Kali Ray, (Kaliji) founder TriYoga® International.

The journey continues and during December 2010/January 2011 I spent time with Kaliji in India.

I also deepened my own spritual practise (Sadhana) whilst staying in a traditional Ashram in India participating in daily ashram life.

During September/October I successfully completed my Level 1  TriYoga® Internship & Teacher Training.  I am very excited to be able to share this beautiful style of flowing yoga with you!

I look forward to meeting new students and welcoming continuing students in 2012.
