Traditional Thai Massage Workshop

Join a joyful exploring weekend of bodywork and beyond.

Be able to do a 1 hour full body loving traditional Thai massage treatment.

Discover the background of this ancient technique and learn the principles of therapeutic touch.

What is Traditional Thai Massage?

Thai massage comes from the Yogic tradition of India since the time of the Buddha. It is a complete health system that balances both the physical and energetic

body.

Workshop content:

• Philosophical background knowledge to understand the meditative healing approach

• Basic principles of ‘perfect touch’

• A powerful sequence of techniques addressing the whole body, working in supine, prone and seated position

Sat 14th April 9am - 4.30 and Sun 15th April 10am - 5pm

Open to all levels

Cost: $300, includes manual & DVD
