Escape for a day - enjoy some yoga, spa treatments, organic lunch and sound meditation
Description
Viroga Yoga Spa Sundays are a one day escape for the mind, body and spirit. The day begins with a relaxing Hatha Yoga class followed by a delicious organic lunch. We then share in energizing Spa Treatments including a Hot Rock Foot Soak, Oxygenating Detox Session and Essential-oil Infrared Foot Treatment completing the day with a shared relaxation session including a Crystal Singing Bowl and Mayan Chime Experience. It is a wonderful way to get away for a day, meet some new people… de-stress, reconnect and renew!
