Yoga for Weight Loss


3 nights (starts at 5pm on first day and concludes at 3pm on final day)

Tap into the body and mind’s unlimited potential. Cultivate a positive self image, and if the goal is to lose weight, do it with a holistic and yogic approach. Diet will include plenty of fresh green smoothies and light meals to support weight loss and health.

This is an ideal follow-on course from Hatha Yoga Cleansing weekend.



$360 includes 3 nights accommodation in shared room (up to 3 per room), single rooms and ensuites available at extra cost. Please enquire when booking.




Starts with dinner on Sunday night at 6 pm and concludes Tuesday afternoon at 3pm. Bookings essential.
