Over the weeks, these gentle classes will help to relieve the aches & pains of pregnancy and teach breathing techniques & meditations for calming the mind in preparation for childbirth. A supportive group for mums-to-be.

*For prenatal from 2nd trimester onwards (recommended at least 12 weeks).

Taught by:
Jo Grooms, experienced Pre & Post-natal teacher and mother of three.
