Yoga Arts Sri Lanka Lev 1 Teacher Training

Description

The Yoga Arts' Sri Lanka Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training is an Accredited Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance for 200 hours.

This month long training is an intensive yoga teacher training for dedicated yoga practitioners who would like to take their yoga practice to a deeper level and would like to prepare themselves for teaching yoga in the future.

The pre-requisite for acceptance onto the Yoga Arts' level 1 training is to have had a minimum of 2 years dedicated yoga study and pracitice under the guidance of qualified yoga teachers. We also ask for 1 reference from yoga teachers you have studied with.

Modules covered, on the level 1 training, are; asana, vinyasa, astanga, hatha, meditation, pranayama, alignement, modifications, teaching methodology, prop usage, sequencing, adjusting skills, asana & body assessment, personal programs, practical teaching, yoga ethics, self inquiry, yoga philosophy & anatomy & physiology.
