Yoga Arts Bali Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training

Description

The Yoga Arts' Bali level 1 trainings are held in the picturesque hillside village of Ubud.

This training is accredited with Yoga Alliance for 200 hours.

This month long training is an intensive yoga teacher training for dedicated yoga practitioners who would like to take their yoga practice to a deeper level and would like to prepare themselves for teaching yoga in the future.

The pre-requisite for acceptance onto the Yoga Arts' level 1 training is to have had a minimum of 2 years dedicated yoga study and pracitice under the guidance of qualified yoga teachers. We also ask for 1 reference from the yoga teacher you have studied with.

Modules covered, on the level 1 training, are; asana, vinyasa, astanga, hatha, meditation, pranayama, alignement, modifications, teaching methodology, prop usage, sequencing, adjusting skills, asana & body assessment, personal programs, practical teaching, yoga ethics, self inquiry, yoga philosophy & anatomy & physiology.

Ubud has the perfect peaceful surroundings to allow students to go deeply inside and focus solely on their yoga practice. Ubud offers many excellent cafes and restaurants as well as money changing facilities, automatic teller machines (ATMs) and inexpensive massage and beauty spa treatments.

Not far away, you will find markets, shopping, museums and vibrant cultural performances.The beach is approximately an hour’s drive from Ubud. June through to August is winter in Bali and the climate is very pleasant but tropical. It can be slightly cool in the evenings. The climate is humid all year round and it can rain heavily at times, so be sure to bring wet weather gear.
