Drawing from the anicent teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda, learn holistic techniques to


  • Create heat within the body (using postures and the breath)
  • Remove toxins and boost immunity
  • Ease joint and muscle stiffness in the colder months

Participants will experience:

  •  Asana (postures)
  • Pranayama (breath practices)
  • Jala neti (nasal irrigation)
  • Abhyanga (ayurvedic self-massage)


Includes afternoon tea and use of workshop materials.  Optional purchase of neti pots, oils, salts etc on the day
