This workshop explores and discusses common attitudes and theories towards adapting a woman’s yoga practice during menstruation.

Learn how to nurture your body and adapt your yoga practice based on your body and your needs during menstruation. The workshop also provides advice on asana to help with symptoms of PMS such as fatigue, headaches and migraines, mood swings, cramps and backache.
