Description

A mindful practice for women who would like to develop an awareness of bodymind and learn ways to bring balance to the endocrine system to reduce the impact of mood swings, stress, flat or depressed mood, worry and anxiety brought on by hormonal fluctuations.

We will be working with a set number of hormone and mood balancing asanas, at a slow pace, integrating asana knowledge and practice, meditation, pranyama (breath) work and relaxation.

 

Cost

 

Cost is for 2 × 2.5hr workshops, part 1 is on Saturday the 5th and part 2 of the same workshop is on Saturday the 12th of May.
