Feeling a little wobbly on your arms? Join Vicky’s beginner’s workshop and you’ll learn the secrets behind simple arm balances in no time!
Vicky will discuss the basics of good alignment and technique plus the fundamentals of learning how to shift your body-weight. We’ll teach you how to use props and to help break these poses down in more accessible ways. We’ll also look at exercises that help build up the necessary strength and stamina, to give you the courage and confidence to start integrating these poses into your regular vinyasa practice.
