Join Vinyasa Yoga expert and Yoga Village Founder, Nadia Rihani in this idyllic setting for a weekend of Yoga, Wellness and Relaxation. Set near Blackheath in the Blue Mountains you will feel a million miles from home and will find the freedom to explore the power of a Vinyasa Yoga Practice and the beauty of practising in nature. Classes will be suitable for all levels from complete beginners to advanced yogi's.

We will be staying at Kanimbla, an Eco-Retreat in the Blue Mountains on a huge property that offers many bush walks, a tennis court and space to find real silence and serenity, the focus of this retreat will be on nourishing your body with yoga, learning some new techniques, learning some easy meditations and of course eating amazing and healthy food! Kanimbla's Chef will provide us with healthy, vegetarian meals that compliment a weekend of yoga.

The weekend will suit all levels of yoga practitioners and will offer something new for everyone. Please feel free to invite friends or family who you feel might be interested.

Program:

Friday

  • 4pm Registration, welcome and settle in
  • 5pm Gentle Yoga Practice (focus on inversions)
  • 7pm Dinner
  • 8:30pm Meditation (optional)
  •  

    Saturday

  • 6:30am (optional) Bush Walk and Pranayama (breathing techniques)
  • 7:30 am Dynamic yoga practice
  • 10am Breakfast
  • 11am -3pm (Free time: Bushwalking, Visit Blackheath, or cosy up with a book and a cup of tea)
  • 3:30pm Yoga Workshop on Hip Opening and Backbends
  • 6pm Dinner and movie

    Sunday

  • 6:30am (optional) Bush Walk (weather permitting) and Meditation
  • 7:30am Dynamic Practice
  • 10am-12pm Breakfast & debrief
  • 12pm Checkout
