Description

In this five day intensive training program you will practice, study and learn to teach a full 75 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga class; a modified Ashtanga Yoga practice suitable for all levels. The Vinyasa Flow practice blends movement, breath and meditation for a dynamic experience of stretching, strengthening, balancing, and stabilizing with a present-moment focus that will bring clarity and calmness to the mind while enhancing fitness, sports performance and body/mind balance.

Ideal for yoga students, trainees, teachers, as well as fitness professionals looking to explore and develop their Vinyasa Flow practice and cultivate skillful teaching of this Ashtanga-inspired practice.

Enjoy a 5-day retreat, a great introduction to the art of teaching, or a continuing education program for those wishing to supplement and update their skills
