Join us on Saturday 11 February for our 2nd annual Valentine’s Day Partner Yoga Playshop. Not just for lovers, Partner Yoga is a great way to connect, build trust, and just have some fun with someone you care about! Discover the joys of partner stretching and gentle Acrobalancing woven with heartfelt communication. End the afternoon with Thai Massage, which leaves you feeling deliciously relaxed and peaceful.

No prior experience necessary. Come with a partner, or on your own. Yogis of all levels of experience will be guided safely through the practice. You’re NEVER too old to play!

This workshop will fill quickly, pre registration is essential!
