TriYoga® Basics Series  - A wonderful way to begin yoga!

Key emphasis: "Free the Hips®" & "Free the Spine®"

For those new to Yoga and for those who want to strengthen their core alignments, the Basics Series is the necessary foundation for all classes. It is also a complete practice in itself. Bolsters, pillows and other props can be used in all levels to ensure comfort and alignment. Class sequences allow students to flow to Level 1 as they progress in their practise.

Natural Alignment

Natural Alignment classes include an in-depth understanding of alignment, correct use of props, and the benefits of the postures.

Free the Hips®

This class focuses on hips to toes to create greater health and vitality in the pelvic region, hips, legs, feet and toes.

Free the Spine®

This class emphasizes wave like spinal movements that increase strength, flexibility and energy in the spine as well as the chest, abdomen, shoulders, arms and hands.

Trinity Practice®

Trinity Practice has a threefold emphasis on posture, rhythmic breathing techniques and meditation. Experience in TriYoga Flows and breathing practices is recommended to gain the full benefit of the practice.

What to bring to class:  yoga mat, small cushion and blanket for yoga nidra.

Option:  a small number of yoga mats will be available for your first class - mat bookings required.

Option:  Yoga mats are available for purchase.

Please do not eat for at least 90 mins prior to class.

Term Fees: $15.00 per class @ 1 class per week x no weeks in term.

Five Week "Block" 1 class per week @ 5 consecutive weeks $80.00

Continuing Students: Five Week "Block" discount 1 class per week @ 5 consecutive weeks $75.00

Casual:  $18.00/class
