Theme: flow to stillness.  

Focus: kidney & bladder energy dispersing excess kapha. 

Winter is a time of quiet, we turn within to create warmth & contentment. 

Yoga for consolidation of deep energy: strengthen inner support, will power, heal spine, low back, balance hormones, assist sleep & deep rest. 

Restore yourself, feel contained & calm.

Bookings Essential, no casual attendance 

Program: 1 1⁄2 hour class daily for 1 week (winter asana, pranayama & meditation)
