Become creative, dynamic and more balanced - immerse yourself in ashram life by taking part in a week of selfless service.

Welcome the New Year at Mangrove. Enjoy seva (selfless service) on our farm and in the ashram, along with daily yoga classes. Suitable only for experienced sevaks. Contact our reception for details and bookings.

 

Cost

 

 

$10 per day when attending a minimum of 5 days. Please be aware that Seva Week requires wholehearted participation, if you leave early or are unable to fully participate Personal Retreat Fees will be charged.

 

 

Duration

Starts with dinner on Friday night at 6 pm and concludes the following Friday afternoon. Bookings essential.
