STRETCH & RELAX is a set routine of basic floor stretches for hips, groin, quads, hamstrings and shoulders, followed by a short relaxation. A perfect way to start the day. Beginners or experienced.
This course is for people who are interested in learning the basic stretches which aid in creating and maintaining flexibility needed for activities in their normal daily life. The stretches are taught with great caution to protect the neck, lower back, knees and other areas prone to injury.
These stretches have been found to be particularly popular with people over the age of 40 who want to keep their joints greased and their muscles stretched as they 'mature'!
Please note, this course is geared toward the average householder and not for aspiring yogis wishing to learn contortion...
