Description

A residential retreat at the Yarrahapinni Ecology centre, Grassy Head Road Yarrahappini, hosted by East Coast Iyengar Yoga School

 

Iyengar Yoga classes morning and evening with two qualified Iyengar Yoga teachers and one apprentice.

 

Cultural excursions are offered daily at an extra cost.  Yarriabinni National Park.  Yarrahapinni wetlands.  Bellingen Promise Land.  Bush food with local guides.

 

Delicious vegetarian cuisine featuring local organic products.

 

Private yoga tuition available.

Massage therapists, bowen, kahauna, chinese medicine, acupuncture, beauty treatments are all available at extra costs - please request with enrolment.

 

 

Cost

Costs include all yoga tuition with Suzanne and Gretchen. Dynamic morning practice, Pranyama and meditation in the evening.

 

All accommodation is twin/three share in large split level self contained cabins with small kitchenette.

 

3 meals per day with an emphasis on local produce and delicious organic vegetarian dishes.

 

The ecology centre is located in natural bushland fronting Grassy Head beach.
