ROOFTOP YOGA COMES TO TOWN

From atop one of the cities most covetable rooftops at The Olsen Hotel, participants will be able to feel the power of the open air with invigorating one-hour classes that will commence in February and initially run until the end of April 2012.  

The benefits of yoga, alfresco style, are clear; with an exercise that has a strong focus on breathing, the open air can enhance and deepen practice. Combined with the beauty of a picturesque sunrise it offers a more liberating and unique experience.  

Sunrise classes will run Tuesday, Thursday 6.15 - 7.15am, Saturday 8.30 - 9.30 and 10 - 11am. All classes run for one hour.
