Weekend (5pm Friday to 3pm Sunday)
Join Director of Rocklyn Ashram, Swami Atmamuktananda as she visits Mangrove Yoga Ashram to share her rich knowledge, wisdom and love for the ancient tantric practice of havan (Vedic fire ceremony). Swami Atmamuktananda has created an inspiring culture of havan practice at Rocklyn ashram and by special invitation will lead this weekend workshop, exploring both the science and art of havan. You will learn the correct mantras and yantras to use, as well as how to prepare the sacred space and interpret the symbology.
The program begins Friday night with dinner and then a full moon havan at the Vishwanath Kurtir (temple) adjacent to the ashram farm.
Cost
$250 includes 2 nights accommodation in shared room (up to 3 per room), single rooms and ensuites available at extra cost. Please enquire when booking.
Duration
Starts with dinner on Friday night at 6 pm and concludes Sunday afternoon at 3pm. Bookings essential.
