You'll delight in the outdoor yoga pavilion, revel in the warm Caribbean breezes and bliss out under your private beach palapa. Sun & sand required! The exotic beach front Balinese inspired spa offers a variety of massages and body treatments in cabanas with uninterrupted ocean views. Water baby? Take a dip in the crystal blue waters or choose your own adventure: paddle boarding, snorkelling or kite surfing are all at your finger tips.

Open your day with a green smoothie and a vigorous morning vinyasa yoga practice to build heat and stimulate your organs. Fuel up at brunch when you have your choice of eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal pancakes and more. Afternoons are yours. Sit on the sand, swim with the fish or venture to the other side of the island and explore the natural pools. Sunset yoga brings us together again to give back to our bodies and cool us down from the heat of the day.

Retire to your room for the evening to unwind and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Choose a lush tropical garden view or a pristine beach view as your landscape. Rinse off the salt and sand in your waterfall shower while enjoying your own soundtrack from the room's iPod docking station. Thinking of sneaking a midnight snack? Not to worry, the room's mini fridge is a good place to stock up on water and fruit. Drift off to sleep and dream of another day shaded by the towering palm trees, scented by hot pink frangipani and serenaded by the trade winds of the Caribbean.
