Are you looking to develop your asana practice? SPY invites you to deepen your understanding of yoga postures and methodology at Foundations 101!

The workshop has been designed to give you greater awareness of the yoga body. The focus is on your alignment, muscle use and core strength.

It is an open workshop so you are welcome to encourage friends, family and fellow yogis to come along.
