Bali: Bali is a special place, ideal for yoga and healing work.......the body, heart and energy channels open up! As well as enlivening daily yoga, fantastic zenthai massage and healing meditations, here's some other impressions from last year's retreat:

- silent beach walks
- sun rising over the ocean and islands
- brightly coloured fishing boats out at sea
- walking through long grassy paths
- the magnificent Mt Agung standing clear and solid (or shrouded in cloud)
- looking out over stunning green rice fields
- friendly, smiling Balinese faces, open hearts, caring for our needs
- new friends from Bali and Australia
- gathering chi
- delicious local organic food
- painting
- hugs
- temple offerings,
- letting go
- abundance
- connections
- fresh coconuts
- building life force
- purification
- intentions
-blessings

Last year quite a few people went to Ubud after the retreat.....to relax, do bike tours, cooking classes, arts and crafts, markets, massage, treatments etc. Accommodation, food and shopping are very reasonable......especially with the strong Australian dollar.

Peter believes that by taking care of our wellbeing we can experience life more fully and increase our capacity to contribute to the people and world around us.

Lisa Iselin - (Nth Stradbroke Island)
BA (Visual Arts) YTAA

Lisa is an environmental artist living on North Strabroke Island. She's been studying and sharing Oki-do Yoga for the past ten years, specialising in the healing art of Zen Yoga Therapy - corrective exercises for the mind-heart and body. She trained with Peter Masters and the Brisbane Oki-do study group and with Yuji Yahiro and the Oki-do Italia study groups in Rome and Naples. Lisa is also a Zenthai Shiatsu practitioner. Zenthai is a combination of traditional thai massage, zen shiatsu and osteopathic joint release techniques. She's been studying in Australia, Thailand, Laos and Bali with the founders of this style Gwyn Williams (Zenthai Shiatsu) and Arnaud L'Hermitte (Osteothai).

Her committment to practice comes through an inspired purpose to share the tools for positive change. In developing our awareness of the potential within each of us we're able to connect with our life force, touching our internal condition. A natural and innate healing process takes place. This can be very powerful and is as constant as our continual state of change.
