For the first time the Camberwell Community Centre will be introducing the Sequential form of Hatha Yogsana 

The Yoga Den will  introduce the practitioner of Yoga to a predefined sequence of movements incorporating the correct regulation of the respiratory system.

You will be introduced to a specific set of sequential movements incorporating the correct use of breathing techniques. The purpose of initial, correct regulation of breathing in yoga is to both harmonize internal rythem, as well is keep the mind focused. The sequence taught will be a initial step that will assist the body to develop strength, whilst allowing the bodies tension to be released.

Initially the mind will be concerned with learning the correct positioning of the body and limbs. In time with regular and patient effort the mechanics of the work will dissipate allowing the mind to focus on the correct timing of breathing and become quite.

 

 

 

 


Cost

 The fee includes the 7 weeks of the course. The class time will run for 1 hour to 1 hour & 15mins.
