You will join like-minded participants interested in exploring and practising accessible meditation, yoga and other forms of mindfulness as a way to manage stress, and of maintaining health and well-being.

Sessions include ways to use mindfulness to manage difficult thoughts and feelings, interpersonal mindfulness and using mindfulness and meditation as a way to take further responsibility for health and well-being.

Activities include mindful movement, body awareness exercises and hatha yoga. Prior experience of meditation and yoga is not necessary.


MBSR runs for eight weeks with eight two and a half hour session and one full day programme. Workbook, CD Kit & Personal Mindfulness Journal supplied. Daytime and Skype MBSR courses are also available. Enquire further by email: info@alisonkeane.com.au


Each session lasts for two and a half hours except for the full day Saturday programme in Week Six.
