Description

Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners

Learn simple and effective strategies that help you to relax quickly, anywhere and anytime. You will also be introduced to a range of mindfulness meditations to promote greater feelings of wellbeing.

Aspects covered during the six-week course includes bringing mindfulness into everyday life, strategies to ease a busy mind, and living in a relaxed and quiet body.

The course is practical in approach and comprises ‘stress busters’ (quick and effective ways to reduce stress anytime), relaxation, body scanning and a variety of mindfulness meditations – focusing on the breath and the body, movement meditations and affirmations

Cost

$120 for six weeks (includes notes of key concepts and meditations covered)
