Description

Explore the Yogic techniques of sensory withdrawl (Pratyahara), concentration (Dharana) and meditation ( Dhyana).  Through these practices we will learn methods to:

 - reduce stress and tension

- reach a deep state of relaxation to enable rejuvenation

- bring peace and quiet to a busy mind

- stabilise the emotions

- improve memory, concentration and decision making abilities
