Description

This Yoga Teacher Training Course is like no other offered in South Australia. It is holistic, practical, and comprehensive and adheres to the YTAA requirements for Level 1 Certification. It is comprised of 7 modules requiring 470 contact hours spread over 15 months. Modules entail participation in participation in classes, lectures, workshops, home study and practice and are held in every 4 - 5 weekends.

The course is a unique blend of Western Sciences, contemporary Psychology perspectives and Traditional Hatha Yoga Studies. It is taught with love and integrity to bring out your innate wisdom from which a true, highly competent teacher develops. You will become well educated in the functioning of the body, sensitive to the physical and emotional needs of a broad range of students, confident and professional in your manner.

Above all, and impossible to separate from the development of your teaching, this course will deepen your connection to the spiritual roots of the practice and will light the path for a rich and rewarding journey of self-discovery.

If you have a dream to embrace yoga as a way of life, to deepen your understanding of yourself and the practice, to share it with others, then this is the course for you.
