Learn how to meditate and focus your attention to achieve a deeper level of relaxation. The course explores different types of meditation techniques and teaches participants how to observe the mind and control breathing patterns.

A regular meditation practice has numerous health and wellbeing benefits such as reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, decreasing muscle tension and improving memory and concentration levels.

Each class concludes with a brief discussion on meditation and provides an opportunity for you to ask questions of an experienced meditation teacher.
