Kangaroo Valley, NSW, Australia

Yoga and weekend immersion retreat with Nikki Massaioli

9th - 11th November 2012

Kangaroo Valley is a little over 2 hrs south of Sydney, just inland from the NSW South Coast town of Berry. It is one of only 7 totally enclosed valleys in the world. Surrounded by spectacular escarpments, the vegetation is a unique mix of forest and woodland, heath, rainforest and rolling green pastures. The valley is home to an incredible variety of flora and fauna, including the rare and endangered Brush-tailed Rock Wallaby.

Kangaroo Valley provides a relaxing and tranquil setting for a yoga retreat that will truly rest, restore and rejuvenate the senses and the spirit.

Immerse yourself in the peace and tranquility of this natural haven whilst being nourished with delicious vegetarian meals cooked with love and nurtured by nature, Pranayama, meditation and twice daily yoga practice.

Igniting The Fire

Do you live your life full of passion and joy?

Why should you practice Yoga?

To kindle the divine fire with in yourself.

Join Nikki Massaioli, a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and founder of Yoga To Go, Sydney¹s most renowned Yoga Studio, for a weekend of Yoga, Transformation, Passion and Expansion.

During this retreat, we will explore the relationship of action and reaction. We will look at what blocks us from living the life we were meant to live. We will explore what it is like to return back to a place of passion, of openness and joy.

Through the practice of Yoga Postures, (Asanas), breathing exercises

(Pranayama) and self study (Svadhyaya), we will begin to unravel the ties that bind us.

In life we create habits; we are constantly doing. Yet, what if we stopped? What if you had an opportunity to be free and nurtured, with enough space to be able to reflect?

In a supportive and nurturing environment, we will learn to stop, let go and begin to develop an understanding of how our practice can not only support us through our life, but also how we can allow that practice to provide space, freedom and passion to all areas of our life.

The retreat is suitable for those who already practice yoga and those who have never stepped on a yoga mat
