KUNDALINI YOGA WORKSHOP

Description

'You within you' - Once you recognise the self, how do you free yourself from the tangle of roles and masks to find the 'you within you'.  This second, of two, workshops, involves the use of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to connect with the inner self on a deeper level.  Cost $30 or $50 for both Workshops.  The Workshop closes with Tea and discussion.  Workshop 1 is on Saturday 17th March 1pm-3pm
