KUNDALINI YOGA WORKSHOP

Description

'Why Am I Here?' - What was your soul's original intent when it chose to manifest in your body?  What messages did it come to deliver?  What act of love did it come to bestow?  This first, of two, workshops involve the use of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to establish the ability to observe yourself, and then observe yourself 'observing yourself', and from there access and act from your consciousness and essence.  1pm-3pm Saturday 17th March, 2012 $30 or pay for second workshop session $50.  Workshop closes with Tea and discussion.  Workshop 2 'You within You' is on Saturday 24th March 1pm-3pm.  See 'Events' for further details of this Workshop
