Iyengar Yoga Retreat at Emu Park near Rockhampton
The retreat is at The Haven Emu Park, near Rockhampton. Overlooking the ocean and a 2 minute walk to the beach the perfect place for a yoga retreat.
Description
Accommodation is comfortable and spacious (single room options available). There will be 2-3 classes a day with time in between for resting. Being on retreat allows us to be in yoga and enjoy practice away from the distractions of everyday life. It's time to yourself to centre, re-energise, connect with your inner self and focus on a yoga practice. Linda Apps apprenticed to Peter Thomson and continues to learn from him and Pixie Lillas. She has studied with the Iyengar family in Australia and India.
Cost
Price includes 5 nights accommodation, meals and 4 days yoga tuition by Linda Apps, a Junior Intermediate Level 2 Iyengar teacher who has been teaching yoga for 20 years and runs The Yoga Nook in Dulwich Hill, Sydney.
Duration
4 days, 5 nights Arrive Thursday evening 7th June to start class early Friday morning and leave Tuesday by 10am
