Italian Wellness Adventure

Description

Our small group will start off sleeping in the heart of Rome, enjoying all the culture rich offerings this major metropolis has to offer, including food. Three days later we'll journey to the cliffside of Capri to wander the winding cobblestone streets and set sail to explore the Blue Grotto. Our Italian love affair concludes as we spend our final three days in a renovated medieval village. Northwest of Rome in Tragliata, you'll find rolling hills and lush valleys as far as the eye can see. Borrow a mountain bike for an afternoon exploration of some of Italy's best scenery. Marvel at the sea of stars overhead as you walk back to your room at night totally enamored with Italia.

Sept 13th - Rome arrival, group welcome and dinner
Sept 14th - morning yoga in Borghese Gardens led by Laura Erdman-Luntz, breakfast,Vatican tour
Sept 15th - morning yoga, breakfast, Colosseum tour
Sept 16th - morning yoga, breakfast, ferry to Capri, afternoon qigong w/ Ronald Erdman-Luntz
Sept 17th - morning yoga, breakfast, Blue Grotto tour, afternoon coaching session
Sept 18th - breakfast, yoga on the beach, day at the beach, afternoon qigong
Sept 19th - yoga in the lemon groves of Capri, breakfast, transfer to Tragliata, group dinner
Sept 20th -yoga in the valley, breakfast, afternoon qigong, group dinner
Sept 21st -yoga in the valley, breakfast, afternoon qigong, closing dinner
Sept 22nd - breakfast and check-out
