Description

We invite you to slow down and take some much needed “me”time to meditate in an supportive friendly environment. This course will give you the opportunity to experience different meditation techniques that will help you to develop a meaningful meditation practice and take the peace of meditation into your daily life.

 

Breathing techniques, chanting, mudras, guided imagery and single pointed focus will be explored together with some philosophy and discussion about the creative power of the mind and the benefit of meditation.

Beginners new to meditation are welcome, this class will also be suitable for students with some experience.

Sessions are offered once a week for 5 consecutive weeks

Meditation 5 weeks. Monday 8.30 to 9.30 pm
