Description

We invite you to slow down and take some time to meditate in an supportive friendly environment. This course will give you the opportunity to experience different meditation techniques that will help you to develop a meaningful meditation practice and take the peace of meditation into your daily life.

Contents of this course: 

Gentle stretches to release muscular tension preparing body and mind for meditation. 

MeditationTechniques: Breathing, Mantra (Chanting). Visualisation.

Don’t worry if you cannot sit comfortably on the floor for this part of the class. You can sit on a chair or use other props to make yourself comfortable. 

Yoga Nidra: Each session finishes with the practice of Yoga Nidra, the meditative heart of yoga. During this practice we will explore relaxation for body and mind, moving from the physical body on the first session continuing with the breath , the emotions, the thoughts and the higher-self consecutively.

Cost

Fee: $160 per person. Eight sessions, one session per week per eight  consecutive weeks. Payment upon booking.

Meditation 8 Sessions. Monday 8.30 to 9.30 pm
