In this first of an ongoing series, this seminar will be lead by Dr Kausthub Desikachar, Krishnamacharya's grandson, who will present the sutra's of chapter 1 & 2.
Description
The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali are the source and origin of yoga philosophy, and also it's most important reference text.Yogacharya Sri T Krishnamacharya not only understood the depth of these text but also made it practically applicable throughout the domains of health, healing and spirituality.
In this first and ongoing series of seminars, Kausthub Desikachar, Krishnamacharya's grandson will present these teachings, taking each sutra word by word, chapter 1 & 2.
