Graeme and Leonie Northfield YOGA workshop

Description

This one day workshop with have two sessions. The first starts at 11am-1pm. This will be a practical led class. The second sessions starts at 2pm-4pm, and is a talk/explore session.

This is a great opportunity to engage your Astanga practice with Graeme as he celebrates at this time 30 years since he begun practicing with Guruji in Mysore. He was the first Australian to introduce Astanga Yoga here.  Both Graeme and Leonie provide an in depth experience of how to sustain your practice to work for you in years to come without injury. The offer their insights with sensitivity and compassion to each student.

All students are welcome to attend.
