Full Moon Dance Circle

Description

The Full Moon Dance Circle is an opportunity for Women to come together and dance in an atmosphere of joy and self-honouring. There are no steps or routines to learn. Instead intuitively let your body be guided by the rhythm of the music as it takes you on a journey into places of greater stillness and peace.

As always I enjoyed Friday Night's Full Moon Circle very much. Each time is a bit different and it is always exciting what music you present us with!

I found the last circle "bathed" with very soft and gentle energy, where else on other evenings it can be more vibrant and exuberant. I always feel whatever it is, it is the right energy for that group and that particular evening. The most important for me is to be in a circle with other women, being united in movement and dance and yet being able to do it in my own way and style. I feel it is incredibly liberating to be able to let go of anything that I do not want to carry around with me! The slowing down towards the end is a good way to lead into a meditation or simply lie quietly and still, what ever one want to do. 'B.F'

Dances are held monthly on the Friday night closest to the full moon.

7pm –8.30pm $25

No dance experience necessary.
