Never tried AntiGravity® Yoga? This workshop is the perfect place to give it a go, as well as an ideal place to learn the fundamental movements of this new technique before going to an open class.
AntiGravity® Yoga is a yoga fusion technique from New York that has been gaining worldwide popularity and has finally made it to Australia! Using a hammock suspended from the ceiling you will learn to flip and fly while increasing strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination. AntiGravity® Yoga has been shown to be amazing for decompressing the spine and joints, helping you gain more mobility and stability through your whole body, while hanging upside down and having fun!
The technique is suitable for all ages and abilities and can be modified to suit most people*

ABOUT HOLLY: Having spent the last several years in New York, Holly had the opportunity to study and teach with the founder of AntiGravity® Yoga, Christopher Harrison. She is one of a few Australians certified to teach this style and was a resident teacher at the AntiGravity® Headquarters in NYC. She has also been a Yoga Conference presenter for AntiGravity® in Europe and is excited to be involved with bringing the technique to Australians.
