Description
Breathe in the clean fresh air of Mangrove and be part of an inspired team that develops sustainable projects on the ashram farm. Reward yourself for a hard day’s work with a balance of daily yoga!
Level: Suitable for all, including beginners to yoga. A reasonable level of fitness for outdoor activities is advised.
Cost
$50 for participation in the full-length weekend program,
Includes shared accommodation, 3 meals per day and all classes. Various accommodation options are available – please contact reception for more information
Duration
Starts with dinner on Friday night at 6 pm and concludes Sunday afternoon. Bookings essential.
